Native to western North Carolina, Jake has been in the grading business for two decades. Spanning the eastern United States, he has worked on commercial grading and utility projects, worked in the oil and gas industry, as well working on commercial solar projects for the last several years. Jake takes great pride in his work ensuring it is done safely, accurately and efficiently. Outside of work you can find Jake fishing or on a motorcycle.
Powering a brighter future, one watt at a time! After high school Robby embarked on a future with in the solar industry. With over 5GW of experience in the solar energy industry, he's seen it all. From humble beginnings in the field to becoming an expert in tracker and fixed tilt systems, Robby's knowledge of solar systems is unmatched. Safety is paramount, which is why he holds an OSHA 500 certification. Join me on this renewable energy journey as we pave the way towards a brighter future. Robby enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Tripp attended North Carolina State where he studied agriculture business. Since graduating he has worked in civil construction with the last eight years being specified in site work for utility scale solar facilities, managing the installation and maintenance of over 5 GW's. He has vast experience in all aspects of civil work to include clearing, grading, utilities, and environmental compliance.
Nick graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor degree in construction management. Nick is licensed General Contractor with the state of North Carolina since 2014. He has spent the last decade in the solar industry building over 6GW and has vast experience with over 10 different fixed and tracker systems. Nick loves to spend time with his family and friends.
A North Carolina native, Rhett graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Since graduating, Rhett’s entire working career has been in the solar industry. Obtaining his professional engineering license in 2019, Rhett has used his engineering expertise to build and complete over 5GW of utility scale solar projects throughout the United States. Rhett enjoys all things outdoors and loves America’s Favorite Pastime, with a bucket list goal to visit all of the Major League stadiums.
